POST/evaluators/variants/query
Query evaluator variants with filters, reference scoping, and pagination.
Accepts parameters from both the query string and a JSON body;
the two are merged. Use evaluator_refs to scope to one or more
evaluators, or evaluator_variant_refs for specific variants.
